My Inspirations

Dr. MLK.jpg

Since I was a little girl I was always inspired to pick up where Dr. King Jr. was forced to stop. He was interested in helping those that are oppressed to have the same opportunities as those that were not oppressed.

Like Dr. King, I am interested in the "soul" of America. Laws, regulations, and justice can falter in this area. This causes many injustices through loopholes and the fragility of human insecurity or fears.

An individual should not be expected to pull their self up by their bootstraps if they did not own any boots. This was cruel in the past and it is still cruel today.

Institutions With Revolutionary Values will help repair America's soul and build up an economic system for the success of the people. I want to help give back the power of being able to control one's own life.

Ms. Claudette Colvin-Austin.jpg

Claudette Colvin (Austin) was 15 years old when she decided not to give up her seat on the bus. She stated that she could not understand why grown folks did not speak up when the Jim Crow laws were surely wrong. Due to her (later) pregnancy as a teen and her dark skin, Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. strategically molded Rosa Parks to be the face of the movement. I salute Claudette Colvin. I even had a chance to talk to her.

Mr. and Mrs. Major and Delores Taylor.jp

My parents, Mr. and Mrs. Major and Delores Taylor, taught me to always pursue revolutionary values, to put God first, to put my trust in God, and to walk in unity.
***Whenever my mother prayed for others, she always covered them mentally, socially, economically, spiritually, and physically. I got it from my Mama.
ðŸ’–My Daddy taught me siblings must get along at all times.

Malcolm X.jpg

I first learned of Malcom X, while in the 5th grade. I tagged along with my sister and her friend to be an extra in a Christian rap group called Transformation Crusade's music video. The group re- enacted a scene from the Malcom X movie. Soon after, I had to read the book. Malcolm X boldly spoke against some values that went against people of African ancestry in America.  He was killed on his way to ask United Nations for help within America.

Mr. Neely Fuller Jr.jpg

Mr. Neely Fuller Jr.  wrote "The United Independent Compensatory Code/System/Concept".
He created a text for victims of white supremacy or racism. He outlined a structured way to counteract white supremacy based on his observation. He included 9 different areas of necessary change: Economics, Education, Entertainment, Labor, Law, Politics (People Relations), Religion, Sex, War/Counter War. He stated that the initial purpose of his work was to help people to develop the will to do justice. I was on that same bandwagon. I wanted justice with unity among all creation.

Mr. Marcus Garvey.jpg

Mr. Marcus Garvey was a force of life that wanted to unite Africans from all over the world. He was Pan-Africanist. He did not portray any insecurities or fear to carry out his purpose in life. He founded Universal Negro Improvement Association and African Communities League (UNIA -ACL or UNIA). He wanted to end White Supremacy. He was committed to helping everyone of African descent to migrate back to Africa. He wanted African Americans to have financial independence. He created a magazine/newspaper, owned the Black Star Line Corporation and wanted global economic access for the Black economy.

Dr. Myles Munroe.jpg

Dr. Myles Munroe was a speaker, teacher, and preacher who spoke of a brand new world that started inwardly. We shared the same favorite bible scriptures, Genesis Chapter One.
